I stumbled upon this ramen spot after noticing its impressive ratings on Google Maps, and I’m so glad I gave it a try! The restaurant is open in the afternoon until 3 PM, making it a great option for a late lunch. The ordering system features a ticket machine, which is a fantastic touch for those who prefer a more introvert-friendly experience. As for the ramen, it’s hands down the best I’ve had! The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles are perfectly cooked. The overall experience was efficient yet relaxed, making it a must-try for anyone craving delicious, high-quality ramen in a welcoming atmosphere. FYI: I went there alone.

The food was flavorful and the portion is big, The owner and waitress were so nice and inviting. A good spot away from all the tourist attractions 🤗

Very nice ramen restaurant. My recommendation is Hojun Shoyu Soba and it's so good. Basically you have to line up and wait outside for 15 to 30mins but it worth it.

The ramen was light yet full of umami and very delicious✨✨ The Hojun shoyu ramen, the chashu was carefully cooked at low temperature, so it was moist and tasty! The shellfish broth also came through👍 Dissolving the black truffle changes the flavor, so it's delicious twice over😋 The shio ramen is also light but has umami and is a flavor I like‼️ The niboshi looked delicious too! I'll try it next time😊

I ordered the kake ramen shoyu with toppings. 3 slices of chashu and 1 boiled egg, 1150 yen. Basically it only tasted of niboshi, and I couldn't taste the chicken flavor, which isn't to my liking, so the rating is low. Other than the soup, the rest was so-so.
