Delicious, and very affordable price, the staff was ok and the service was quick. Good overall experience

Lunch at "鉄板スパゲッティーズ108", located near the TV tower in Sapporo. This spaghetti shop had caught my interest; besides various kinds of spaghetti, it has plenty of rice dishes, including curry rice and pilaf. There are also individual snacks, so it looks like you could have drinks here too. When researching beforehand, I had planned on スパカツ, a Kushiro specialty, but suddenly switched to "エビと小松菜のスパゲッティー". I love this kind of simple salty flavor. I added a fried egg topping. The sizes are Light, Regular, and Irregular. I chose Light, the smallest, but the actual amount was definitely enough for one serving. They say Light has 270g of noodles, so even dry it looks like it would be more than 100g. The pasta was delicious: piping hot, cooked through to the center, with a few fragrant browned spots. It had just the right saltiness and plenty of shrimp and komatsuna. Spaghetti shops like this are rare these days, so I think I'll end up coming regularly.

I had カツナポリタン. The chewy noodles were exactly like Showa-era spaghetti, delicious and fully living up to expectations. The hot plate is hot enough to burn you if you're careless, keeping the food delicious until the end. The katsu has a satisfying bite and just the right firmness. The sauce for 札幌カツスパ has no sourness, but a sweet, nostalgic taste. The shop's atmosphere, serving speed, and portions are very good. Paper aprons are available too. Since it's in a business district, a queue forms on weekdays from 12 to 13.

Sometimes I get a craving and go here. And I always order ナポリタン sitting on top of だしたまご. Even when I think I'll have something different today, once I enter the shop, it's ナポリタン. It's delicious, and even the Light size is plenty, so it's good value. People who eat a lot might be fine with the regular portion. Women should stick with Light. I almost wish other places would learn from how they manage to offer this amount at this price. They also have a points card, and the return rate is good. It's nice that they run the business from the customer's perspective⭐︎ It makes me want to support shops like this.

The space is mainly wood, with a retro feel It's a relaxing space. I sometimes come for lunch. It's delicious. Personally, I like 納豆ピラフ; I wish there were a large portion… Of course, the spaghetti is delicious too For me, だしたまご is a must❗️
