My last night in Japan, had to finish it off the way I started, Ramen. I will say this is the best pork ive ever had in japan hands down. Karage was also amazing and super freshly made right in front of us. Only two things to inprove on are a tap for beer, this could go a long way in my opinion, a little more garlic in the broth (could be a personal taste) and the broth was a bit thick/heavy for my taste (again probably a preference but was still very good). Would come back again if in susukino area. Thank you for ending my trip in a special way.

Tried the red083 miso ramen with egg 1130円。 Excellent egg and a thick slice of chashu. Lots of veggies and flavourful salty broth. Enjoyed it very much. Note: return your tray to the return area.

Walked in because the restaurant had tables, not a typical counter. Ordered 083 red miso ramen and two types of white miso ramen. My family was very impressed with the taste. Red miso ramen was well-peppered, with rich broth, thick noodles and delicious meat. The other ramen was also tasty. Highly recommend.

Absolutely recommendable: Affordable and delicious ramen - we had the white83. Worth going here instead of the other crowded ramen restaurants!

A ramen shop built by an owner who loves miso ramen, putting the "umami of miso" front and center. Each bowl lets you enjoy the deep richness and aroma of miso, featuring a mellow paitan soup based on Shinshu miso that clings perfectly to the noodles. The sweetness and savory aroma of the soup really come through, making you feel like you've discovered a new side of Sapporo ramen♪ A few minutes' walk from Higashi-Honganji-mae Station, this shop sits in a corner of a dining district near Susukino, and a nice point is that it's open until late at night. The aroma of miso drifting from the entrance whets your appetite, and the counter-centered interior has an atmosphere that ramen lovers can't help but drop into. It's so popular that not only locals but also many tourists visit through word of mouth. ——— ◆083 Miso White【980円】 The sweet aroma of miso rises softly. The soup is mellow with a richness that slowly seeps in, and with every sip your body feels warm and relieved. The curly noodles pick up the soup well, and you can slurp them all up in one go. The thick-cut chashu has a seared, fragrant accent, and the crisp stir-fried vegetables and green onions balance out the whole bowl. The fullness of the soup and the chewiness of the noodles that cling to it are irresistible! ◆Gold Prize Karaage【450円】 This is a gem whose crispy-fried coating goes "crunch," and when you bite in, the meat juices burst out. With the tartar sauce, mayonnaise, and green onion sauce on the table, you can change up the flavor however you like. With the mellowness of the tartar and the spicy kick of the green onion sauce, it's dangerously delicious—you could eat any number of them♪ ——— The 083 Miso White, with the addictive gentle sweetness and richness of its white miso soup, is a bowl any Sapporo miso ramen lover should try at least once. The Gold Prize Karaage also pairs perfectly with ramen. With ramen and karaage you'll be full, and your heart will surely be satisfied too. Thank you for the meal✨
