We just had a casual dinner, but the service was truly exceptional. Especially the chef, Kanemaru-san, his hospitality is on another level. He spread positive energy to every table and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. We really appreciated his warm and attentive service☺️

Restaurant supervisors Aya and Agung were knowledgeable in Gluten Free (GF) menu. We had the Tower Burger and fries (dedicated fryer) and chicken curry. On the second night, we had the buffet and each item was marked with allergens. The chef and Agung and Aya went above and beyond and made sashimi marinated in GF soya sauce straight from the kitchen instead of the buffet. We came back to eat on the third night to have their Tower Burger and grilled fish. Server Khairi was also very polite.

I asked about vegetarian options and the ¥4000 "Signature Entree" was recommended. It was a very small dish with literally two small pieces of broccoli, one small piece of cauliflower, and two small pieces of roasted potato accompanying the fried tofu and soy meat sauce. These veggies were extremely salty. Sadly, I was ill and did not have other options to eat. I went back and decided to try the veggie curry. You can see the portion was extremely small. The cheese platter, however, offered more than a reasonable amount of cheese. It would have been nice if they had offered better ways to consume it than with corn chips. It was a disappointing experience after a day of skiing. I had hoped for more food. On the other hand, after eating loads of amazing food at other places in Japan, I probably need to cut down a bit anyway. Oh well.

The staffs are friendly and the view is superb. Imagine having lunch with a snowy view right beside you. Khairi who was serving us was extremely helpful and friendly, we enjoyed having her served us during a snowy cold winter day! Oh btw the Ramen with chicken was super delish!

The employees are friendly. We had the breakfast and the dinner here. The choice of the food are not that much, but most of them are tasty. They have snow crabs and some sashimi during dinner time. Recommend the dessert, especially the puff, fruits pudding, strawberry shortcake and the chocolate tart! If you’re a Marriott bonvoy member, you’ll get extra discount for each meals except the breakfast.
