The Mozarella - tomato sauce burger was delicious, and served sizzling on a hot iron plate. I ordered the 250g version, but I'm sure that it was closer to 300 or 325g, a very generous serving. I will definitely eat here again. They have other Hokkaido outlets, too.

Visited for lunch I used to come quite often after it opened in Rumoi, but repeated changes for the worse made it poor value, so I stopped going as much. On visiting again after a long time, the lunch menu was fairly reasonably priced. I ordered the lunch set with a 150g hamburger steak and Sapporo zangi. The lunch set also includes a drink bar, and it was thoroughly satisfying for 1000円. I think these are difficult times in various ways, but I hope they can somehow maintain the current service.

Fire Burg has 1 location each in Fukushima and Kanagawa, and 11 in Hokkaido. Being part of the same group as Beef Impact, it serves steak as well as hamburger steak. I was quite hungry, so I chose hamburger steak & menchi. When you cut into the 300g hamburger steak, the juices overflow. The crisply fried menchi is delicious too. The other dish was hamburger steak & zangi. Huh? The zangi here is delicious. The zangi alone would probably be satisfying. Next time I'll get the Fire Yokubari Set, which lets you enjoy all 3: hamburger steak, menchi, and zangi. Chain restaurants can sometimes vary in flavor between locations, but apparently many people say the Fire Burg Rumoi location is one of the tastier Fire Burg branches. This branch really was delicious. The staff are friendly, and besides the counter there are tables and tatami seating, making it convenient to use, so I'll visit again.

The meat sauce topped with hamburger steak was recommended, so I had it. It was fairly good.
