I feel like you could call this a mountain... (lol). Just looking at it seems hard to climb, but unexpectedly I got to the top in about 15 minutes. The path splits in two partway but joins at the summit. The direct ascent is a steep slope, but turning right and going via the lighthouse seems less strenuous. Now, the view from the summit is spectacular. Please do bring a camera. It feels a bit wasteful not to take photos here. It should become one memory of your time on Rishiri Island. It feels like a little mountain climb, but I recommend it.

Even I, who am not confident in my stamina, climbed it easily. The view from the summit is wonderful, with the townscape of Rishiri Island and the sea all in sight. A recommended spot where you can easily enjoy a superb view.
