An observation deck located near Cape Notsuka. The parking lot lines have faded and are hard to see, but it fits about 7 or 8 large vehicles and about 15 regular cars. Hotel Uni Goten (雲丹御殿) is a landmark. There's a public toilet and a Rishiri Island monument at the parking lot. From this observation deck, the views of Mt. Rishiri and Cape Peshi are good. On a clear day you can probably see Wakkanai and Rebun Island. Many seabirds rest their wings nearby. It seems to be a relay point of the Rishiri・Irodoru Road (cycle road).

Rishiri Fuji was clearly visible! On the south side of Rishiri Island it was hidden by clouds and not visible at all, so I was really happy when I could see it! It seems how it looks differs between north and south depending on the weather.

The view is wonderful. Park in the parking lot and cross the road, and there is the Notsuka Observation Deck. There's also a Rishiri Island object at the back of the parking lot. The view from the observation deck is the best.

Like the Himenuma Observation Deck, you can see Rishiri Fuji, the Oshidomari townscape, and Cape Peshi in the distance. It isn't surrounded by trees, so the view is beautiful. There's a large parking lot, so there's no need to worry about parking.
