Very tasty variety of sushi!

A sushi restaurant run by a kind master chef, and it feels like many locals use it. Besides sushi there are also side dishes, which was great for drinking.

In the daytime I ordered the premium sushi and beer. They also have uni gunkan. The sushi is delicious. The Ezo Bafun Uni bowl is 6000 yen. Rishiri poppies are in bloom.

First time using this place! The uni was delicious! If you want sushi, definitely come here!

I've had all kinds of seasonal uni around Hokkaido, but the Bafun Uni I had here was by far the most delicious of any uni I've eaten. The sushi other than uni was delicious too, and the pricing is transparent so I could order with peace of mind. The chef was also kind and flexibly handled my order for a takeaway souvenir box, which was very good.
