Managed to avoid the lunch crowd. Went around 11.10am no queue, but Inside already crowded. Tried both the popular one . Beef's ramen taste like Asian beef soup noodle delicious! Tororo kelp is unique might be slight acquired taste🤣
View on GoogleThere is parking but it is very tight (would be ok for Kei cars, but for a Honda fit, it was pretty tight). We arrived around 11:45 and were seated approximately 20 minutes later. You can order via an iPad and pay with credit cards. The gyoza is high quality, but the taste is just ok. I personally loved the tsukemen as it had a great umami taste with a complex broth and noodles that were all dente. My wife preferred the soy sauce ramen. Both were excellent but j like the tsukemen better. There are toilets but you need to wear toilet slippers. We noticed a couple of guest forget their shoes and walk back to their tables with toilet shoes. Worth waiting for.
View on GoogleThe shoyu ramen is the restaurant’s most revered ramen. We did not try the others, but I am sure they are good as well. We also ordered the three flavor gyoza which were juicy and delicious. The ramen was really tasty, especially the bamboo shoots (I love veggies!). The restaurant opens at 11:30, but you need to get there early to put your name on the list. Then you must report back at 11:20. They will go down the list and begin seating then. If you’re not there, they will move on to the next party.
View on Google26oct, noon. Homey atmosphere. Loved the cha shu, but for those who dun like fats, this is not for u. Cha shu is 80% fat. They have counter, table, tatami seats.
View on GoogleI went there at 8:45 on Friday and there’re 2 groups of people already put their name on the waiting list 😂 Then I came back just before 11am and the staff was calling my name and it’s already almost full inside the restaurant. An order is made through the ipad on your table. I waited about 5minutes for my yakishouyu ramen. The soup was really intense with ocean flavor and the noodle was firm and chewy. It’s a different flavor from the usual ramens I have had and I think it really worths coming all the way to the island just for this bowl of special ramen😆
