There are lots of materials about the Northern Territories, and it is very educational. A signature campaign is underway, so please sign. Russia's illegal occupation continues, but needless to say, it is an obvious fact that the Northern Territories are inherently Japanese territory. I hope their return will be realized as soon as possible. There are also meeting rooms, toilets, and so on. It seems that various events related to the Northern Territories are held as well.
View on GoogleI went during the long weekend in month 2. I was surprised that Kunashiri Island could be seen so clearly. Because it is so clearly visible, I can imagine the feelings of its former residents even more. The frustration of being unable to go despite it being Japanese territory, when Japan could develop this island further, As a Japanese person, I think this is a place you should definitely visit.
