A ramen shop converted from a gas station, which you occasionally see in Hokkaido. Salt ramen seems to be the main item, but there are various kinds. And that salt ramen is refreshing yet has a solid flavor, super delicious! Salt ramen gives the image of Hakodate, but I feel the quality is on par with the famous queue-forming shops in Hakodate (my subjective opinion). By the way, it's not on the menu, but there's apparently a "kotteri shio" posted on the wall, which looked really delicious but seems to be limited in quantity, and it sold out right in front of me when I visited… I'll take revenge next time. The shop and parking lot aren't that large, but turnover is good and you can get in without waiting long. A recommended spot if you're getting tired of butadon and curry and want ramen.
View on GoogleI like it better than Su◯re in Sapporo! The soup is the best from the very first bite (≧∀≦) Creamy with restrained saltiness Just purely rich in flavor!! The roast pork melts〜 The noodles are yakisoba-like
View on GoogleI visited for the first time in August 2026 on my way home from a trip. It's a rare shop converted from a former gas station, with a memorable exterior. My companion who had the shio ramen also said it was delicious, and the miso ramen I had also had a solid flavor. I enjoyed not just the unique structure but also the taste of the ramen. If I get the chance to pass by again, I'd like to stop in.
View on GoogleIt's along the national highway, and customers keep coming one after another. If the inside is full, you wait in the parking lot. The ramen is simply delicious. It's not a ramen loaded with back fat, which was really good.
View on GoogleI visited on a weekday. There is a parking lot. Inside there are counter seats and table seats. Water is brought at first, after that it's self-service ⚀Shoyu ramen (kotteri) 650 yen (tax included) Noodles are curly medium-thin noodles Toppings: 1 medium slice of chashu, nori, menma, fu, chopped green onion Soup: rich shoyu flavor with a tonkotsu base The firmness of the noodles, the soup, and the chashu were all very delicious. The shop staff were pleasant too. paypay is accepted.
