At this hour on a Sunday, Victoria was packed with people having hamburger steaks, so I skipped it, Michinro was closed for a while, perhaps one cook couldn't keep it going alone, Yamaokaya was about half full too, so I ended up here, I'd only been when it first opened, maybe 20 years have passed, back when Dotonbori was still saying ponpoko, Neither outstanding nor disappointing, I like slightly sweet miso so I enjoyed it, I might prefer the chashu in the regular chashu-men to the chashu in Gokuuma Chashu, both Gokuuma and miso taste good, people who go often or have particular preferences say things like, the wakame stem topping? Is it gone? Has it decreased? Or the mini fried rice size is gone? Or the bowls are smaller and the portions reduced? Those are some comments I've heard, come to think of it, the soup was just scoop and straight into the mouth, scoop and straight into the mouth, so maybe it was lukewarm, perhaps because it's hot out? There was still steam rising from the bowl after I finished, so the temperature and portion were just right for eating, the usual pattern where the menu photo looks better, Paruparutei is the only place where the actual dish looks better, looking at the photos again, it feels a bit pricey

A memory from July. On a hot day, I wanted something cold, so I ordered hiyashi chuka. It looked colorful and very pretty! But Dry wakame, sliced ham cut into thick strips while still stacked, thick-cut cucumber that was somehow incredibly bitter, limp tomatoes, and a mysterious sauce with neither flavor nor punch, with only a tiny amount poured on. The only topping that seemed seasoned was 1 piece of chashu. The only good thing was that it was ice-cold. It was priced higher than the contents deserved. I hate leaving food I'm served, but seriously… I couldn't handle the bitter cucumber. Even the pickled red ginger on the side had a dodgy smell and taste. After mixing everything, removing it one piece at a time was a pain. Convenience-store hiyashi chuka would probably be safer. Their ankake yakisoba was quite tasty, and I used to eat it often, but one day it came with a huge amount of grated ginger in the thick sauce, so it tasted of nothing but ginger, and I'd been coming less often since then. So the hiyashi chuka was no good either…

◆Some code-based payments and cards are accepted◆ There's a board for writing your name just inside the entrance, so don't forget to fill it in. There is practically no waiting space, so when it's crowded, it might be best to leave one person inside and wait in the car. Many of the ramen dishes have generally gentle seasoning, so there are lots of families and older customers. If you want a little more punch, the seasonings on the table come in handy. The raised tatami seating inside still has a little room to spare with 6 people, so it's easy to visit with a big family or bring your parents.

I wasn't very hungry, but wanted something to eat, so I went into Tokeidai. There was something called “Nostalgic Noodles,” so I chose that. It's soy sauce flavored! The soup has a slightly sweet, fragrant aroma. The noodles are smooth, medium-thick egg noodles! 2 slices of naruto, wakame, green onions, bamboo shoots, and one slice of chashu for 630円‼️ The soup uses chicken bones. Frankly, “Delicious”! And “Cheap.” And “Full.” Of course I was satisfied. Recommended. ^_^

Whenever I visit, even when it's crowded, the staff's welcoming calls and efficient work make it easy to go in. I always order miso ramen and medium rice. The slightly sweet soup and springy, medium-thick curly noodles are what makes Tokeidai good. It's delicious and the service is wonderful, so both my stomach and my heart feel satisfied.
