Shrimp tempura soba with seaweed for 2200 yen. 5 shrimps and 2 small green pepper tempura. Shrimp was big, light, crispy. Soba had good al dente like texture. Dipping sauce was light, not too sweet. Could have been a bit stronger in wasabi. Added all they provided and wasn't sure enough for me. 40 minute wait on a Friday at 11.20am. carpark was full with 10 cars.

Went on a Saturday and have to say that you have to get here early. The shop opens at 11 and can close as early as 12.30pm even when you get there early it still takes time to prepare your dish. The soba noodles and filling and great. A specialist around these areas and very popular. The homemade noodles run out very quickly. The menu is fully in Japanese so English speakers might have some difficulties in ordering. There is a bus stop nearby within walking distance.

I had the "morisoba." It was a weekday, but when I arrived right around 12 o'clock it was a 30-minute wait. Fortunately I got a table for two so I waited leisurely. It came out exactly 30 minutes later. The beautiful sarashina, just as rumored, was piled up in an enormous volume. The noodles are very firm, and the more you chew, the more the aroma of soba spreads. The dipping sauce is light and they give a small amount, so I didn't dip too much and take in too much salt, and I didn't get tired of it toward the end either. That day they said the soba ran out shortly after 12:30. It's about a 10-minute walk after getting off at JR Hoshimi Station. The route is easy to understand so you probably won't get lost.

I went 5 minutes after opening on a weekday, but there were already 3 groups of customers. The interior is fairly spacious, with 4-person tables, 2-person tables, and a raised tatami area. This time I had the curry soba and a small rice. The curry soba has chicken in it and a large amount of soba, so it's filling, and of course delicious. Adding the rice after the soba was gone was also delicious. It seems to be a popular shop; by the time I finished eating it was full and some people were lining up. I recommend going right when it opens.

I went before noon on a weekday and it was almost full I waited 40 minutes until it was boiled It was nice to be able to wait while reading manga and newspapers It may be a coincidence, but it might be better to come right at opening or after the first round of customers has passed I ordered the kashiwa nameko soba The broth was on the strong side, which I like, and even the regular size was plenty Thank you for the meal 😋
