Pretty!! First floor is the souvenir shop, prices are a little on the high side From 2nd floor onwards there’s a small fee to enter the museum. There is also a place to try on Venetian clothes. Photography are not allowed inside.

Very poor service. Both old women at the counter ask for us to move along when we're looking at the masks. No drama, just the kids looking at the masks. Poor attitude from the start. I don't want to think this is discrimination but not sure what happened to these granny for them to despite kids and toutist. Probably worst place for them to work. Suggest they work in the bathroom where they aren't required to talk. New trend of poor service in Japan.. this place is leading the way. Pathetic excuse of service. Makes sense the population is in such a rut given their limited understanding of the next generation.

The museum has a good exhibit, but apart from that they also have a costume photoshoot service, which is reasonably priced and very fun. You can check their website for details.

A lovely collection of glassware, and I was fortunate to see the Van Gogh mosaics. So beautiful 😍

Excellent hideaway from heavy snow. Venetian style glass items. Coffee shop has good delicious cakes and coffee while we can enjoy some of the replicates artwork of Van Goh.
