This is an amazing place with a wealth of history and memories- not to mention is the classic Japanese movie love letter ‘s shorting scene. Many people came here to leave their love and mourning to Miss Miho Nakayama. We will always miss her .
View on GoogleThis is a very small 2-storey building, and you can get it done in less than 30 minutes. There's nothing much to see here beside the ship model on the first floor, the reception room & the banquet hall upstairs. It is also located far away from Sakai-machi, so if you do not have time to come all the way here, I think it's fine to just skip it.
View on GoogleIt was interesting to visit. I don't know if you can go in, but it was a cold windy day so we didn't hang about. It probably looks a lot more inviting on a sunny day!

View on GoogleA very good walk under the sun in Otaru. Some sections are not crowded so it is quite pleasant!
