Beautiful view. However, do note that there is no light past a certain timing. It quickly became a horror situation for me when I went there at 10.

Beautiful view of Sapporo. To save a bit of money I would recommend getting the middle station ticket rather than going up to the summit as it’s only a 15 minute walk from the middle station to summit on a well maintained path.

Decent Views of Otaru. Went at night. Carpark is relatively near the look out point, though a bit hard to find without looking closely at the map. Road to the observation deck is narrow and not well lit, requires careful driving. There are many insects at the look out point, making the visit a bit unpleasant.
