There is a rope across the entrance, but it looks passable on foot. In just under 200m, you can reach the parking lot. Along the way, there were no bear droppings, but it was scary. The snow had just melted, and weeds were growing, with the area left unmaintained. A place overlooking the dam and loop bridge.
