Oishii! I love their salmon, nice and chunky and fishy hahaha. I also think their Uni is creamy and melts in your mouth. Really big love for the cosy lunch area.

Totally Gorgeous, I do really recommend this restaurant. Sashimi don is very fresh, seems like you just catch them up from the sea. The crab is very smooth and clean when it jumps into your mouth 🤭 Please don’t skip this one if you have got a chance to visit Otaru. Honestly, it’s worth to spend for what you get.

The price here might be a bit high, but understandable since it's close to the tourist area. The quality of the food is good, and the food we get is tasty. I'm willing to pay. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The bad thing is that they only have a few tables. You might need to wait for a bit.

Generally, this restaurant is overrated The size of bowl is similar to my toy… not so enough for me Within exaggerated prices, I would say the food is very normal(average quality), also miso soup is too sour The size of restaurant is really small, not so friendly for large groups, 4 people etc Only cash payments accepted, so prepare a lot of cash in case you really want to eat in this restaurant This price could have better meals in other areas of Japan

What would bring this rating down is simply the wait time. There is a long queue when we went and only one person serving at each of the 3 'restaurants'. But with that said, the quality of the food is superb. Fresh uni, fresh salmon, fresh shrimp; all of it is fresh and full of flavor. Textures are silky smooth and of great quality. Uni is buttery and soft and everything does not need additional flavoring and tastes well on its own. The rice is moist and on its own is delicious too. Some items a bit pricy but for the quality of what you're getting, it might be worth it. Chef lady was preparing several dishes at the same time all on her own. It is fascinating to watch and she does perform quite rapidly and efficiently all on her own. Update a year later (23/12/25). No queue today, food was just as spectacular as last time!
