I've visited several times for work. The inside is larger than it looks, and it seemed ideal for meetings, exhibitions, and so on. The building is old, but solidly built. There's parking too, and it's free, which helps.

I went to see an art exhibition (with works for sale) Lunch when participating in the shrine procession was here too, so it's very convenient. It's old, but I'd recommend it for events or as a space that's easy to rent

I went for an event. There were no parking spaces, so I went to the nearby city hall. I walked over in a sudden torrential downpour. I think the inside is clean.

There are rooms in several sizes for lectures, meetings, gatherings, and so on.

Although the facilities are aging, I think a place of this size at this price is a valuable rarity in the city. I've been making use of it.
