The extra-thick garlic shoyu ramen was delicious. One of the few places in Obihiro where you can eat Jiro-style ramen. Even if you've never been to a Jiro-style place, there's no "call" (mashimashi, etc.), so I think it's really good. The portion was properly big! The soup, noodles, and chashu were all delicious, and with all the different ramen out there, I think Jiro-style ramen of this quality is amazing. The extra-thick garlic shoyu and tsukemen take about 10 minutes to be served, but the other ramen came out fast!

I think it's been more than 10 years since it opened in Obihiro. At first it was crowded whenever I went, and I could hardly ever get to eat there. This time I went for a weekday lunch and got in after lining up for about 10 minutes. First, you buy a meal ticket at the ticket machine. This time I went with the sesame miso ramen. Rice comes free at lunchtime. The sesame was super fragrant and delicious! I usually get the shrimp salt, but the miso was great too. This could get addictive; I'll probably end up coming back soon. A shop whose stylish exterior catches your eye. Every ramen looks so delicious it's almost hard to choose. I wanted something hearty, so without hesitation I ordered the "naughty" ramen piled high with bean sprouts and garlic. Amazing volume for this price!! I almost feel bad. On top of that, the beautiful staff member welcomed me kindly, and their gentle, laid-back way of speaking was so soothing✨ Delicious ramen and wonderful service blew away the fatigue of my business trip and gave me lots of energy. Saturday lunchtime: 1 counter seat open, the other seats full, and 1 group waiting. We were a party of 3 and would've been fine at the counter, but without being asked anything we were made to wait on chairs, while parties of 2 who came after us were shown to the counter, and we waited over 30 minutes. Taste-wise, it was a solid back-fat (seabura) style ramen. The system is that you buy a meal ticket first and hand it over after taking your seat. A few booth seats and a counter. Wood-themed, with the tables and chairs uniform throughout the shop. I'd say the food comes out on the fast side after ordering, even when busy. The restroom is narrow, just 1 shared by men and women.
