We visited for lunch on a Tuesday during a work visit to the area. The place was packed during lunch and we were given a number and asked to wait. The wait wasn't that long and we got seats soon. Since everyone is grilling meat, the room is full of smoke. The food was good. There's parking available at the front and back.

I visited for the first time in 2 years. As always, it was very delicious and I was very satisfied. Prices have gone up quite a lot compared to the past, but I still think they're reasonable. When I arrived at the shop at 10:30, there were already 5 groups waiting. It's a little way from central Obihiro, but worth going. I'd like to go again when I head to Doto.

If you want to eat jingisukan in Obihiro, I think "Shirakaba" is definitely a famous restaurant you can't miss. I was lining up before opening, but turnover was relatively smooth, and the interior was spacious and clean, a comfortable space. The lamb has almost no gamey smell, and is just so tender. Especially the lamb jingisukan has strong umami, and eating it with onion adds sweetness, it was the best. I also had the limited-quantity lamb sirloin, which is a dish I really want you to order. It's juicy and you can feel the high quality of the meat. And the price is very reasonable. I was surprised at this price for this quality. The staff are all pleasant too, and I can see well why it's loved by both locals and tourists. When I come to Obihiro, I definitely want to visit again.

My second visit, for lunch while sightseeing in Obihiro🍚 It's in a rather peaceful place, but it's extremely crowded on holidays. Turnover is surprisingly good, so I think the wait time is acceptable. There's heavy smoke inside, so if you don't want the smell on your clothes and belongings, leave them in the car✋

I ordered lamb and mutton, and a small rice. Onions come with the meat. The rice had something yellow in it, proso millet? The fragrant smell of jingisukan was drifting around the shop. They let you hold a call bell so you can wait in your car♪ Both lamb and mutton are delicious, so I recommend comparing the two kinds😊
