I visited with my boss on a Tuesday night at around 7pm. The place was full and there was a line to get seated. we had to write our names and then wait for around 10 minutes to get a table. We ordered the seafood roux with chicken topping. We got our food after around 10 minutes. It was very hard to wait for food with all the smell of curry around. The food was good and we finished everything quickly.

We ordered Indian curry and beef curry. Both came as two dishes of rice with sauce only. There was no meat in the sauce at all. When we asked the staff in charge, they brought a sample of sauce with cubes of meate in the sauce to show us. We explained to them that there were no pieces of meat in the sauce on the rice in our plate at all. Despite this, they did not do anything about it. We found it very disappointing. Never comeback to this resteurant again.

When people talk about Obihiro's soul food, the first thing that comes to mind is Indian Curry. There's something surprisingly addictive about it—it's incredibly delicious, and the prices are amazingly affordable. Every time I visit Obihiro, this is one of the places I make sure to stop by. I honestly can't imagine leaving the city without having a plate of Indian Curry first. It's a true local favorite and an experience no visitor should miss.

Local curry shop in Obihiro. Just like CoCo Ichi but a bit spacious?! Although the name suggests Indian curry but it's Japanese style....you can take out only curry without rice. Rice is a bit heavy and much.
