Because its opening hours are short, it's called “the elusive authentic 讃岐うどん.” All ingredients, including the udon flour, are brought in from 四国. The broth and udon aren't made ahead and stored; they're made and served on the day of sale, and they're inexpensive too. They're serious about authenticity, even sending staff to 四国 for training. I recently learned why they can maintain the authentic flavor: one of the facility's senior officials is from 四国. Since this person checks it, we get to enjoy the genuine taste. It's run by a work facility for people with disabilities, and customer service is provided by people with disabilities, while staff without disabilities manage the shop's operations. Please go and eat there. You'll be impressed.

The prices are low. The taste is average. Ideal for people who value low prices.
