We ordered the hell ramen and curry ramen! Soup was nice and flavourful! Noodles were chewy! Hell ramen (level 0) was actually sweet rather than spicy. So if you want something spicy, you should add more chili powder (50yen per teaspoon). I added 2 which was still mild but satisfying. Curry ramen had a unique taste/flavour, worth trying out if you’re in noboribetsu.

Love the curry ramen! First time to try out a ramen with curry broth. It was amazing flavor was just right not too strong. The meat was tender and the noodles were firm just how I enjoy my ramen.

Authentic ramen and gyoza that truly warm the soul in Hokkaido’s cold winter ❄️🍜🥟. The best miso curry ramen with cheese in Hokkaido. I had experience eating curry ramen in Aizu Wakamatsu before. At first, I thought that no other could compare to that shop. But this shop offers something different with miso curry ramen. They make the curry soup not as rich as normal curry. The taste is rich and when topped with cheese, it is extremely delicious.

Pleasant surprise, my taste bud likes it. Not spicy at all. And I love the noodle, like such Hokkaido noodle, curly curly and hard texture, and most important not salty, I gave up on Ramen because mostly too salty, this one quiet light soup base and I almost finished it. I rated it high because of the noddle and not salty. Try it 地狱ラーメン Yen900.
