Pleasantly surprised by the soba noodles. Probably one of the best soba noodles I’ve had. Wish the store had AC though as it was quite hot that day.

Dattan soba? First time trying it. I ordered mori soba; unlike regular soba, the color was different and I could taste a slight bitterness, so I got to enjoy a different kind of soba. It also came with wild mountain vegetables you can only get in Niseko, and it felt worth more than the price. Thanks for the meal. 😋

Eating here isn't particularly moving; it's more like, 'you can get sesame soba and Dattan soba.

I ordered cold tanuki udon and a mini unadon with less rice. The toppings were nicely balanced, and the slightly firm chewiness was very much to my liking. The mini unadon was delicious too, topped with fluffy dashimaki egg. It's right near the roadside station, and it was also nice that the prices are reasonable even though it's in Niseko. For the toilet, please use the roadside station's.
