The food was very good but it came out so slow. I feel like the pace could be sped up a little bit. The service was very nice, they even provide blankets if you need (I didn't wear enough layers). Food was very nicely plated and appealing, as well as the taste.

There was no wait when we went at 11:30 on a summer Saturday. There was no buffet but a menu with a short list of mains. None of the mains was vegetarian but they told me they could make an off menu vegetable pasta. I chose the gnocchi and potatoes Au gratin and salad instead and that was too much food for one person. The gnocchi was AMAZING though and similar in size to the normal pasta ration. They should offer it as a main. But if I went back I might order two so I could share. Everything we ate was delicious. The child sized pasta was a good size. And all the meal sets included soup and a drink. We thought it was just one drink and soup per person (and weren’t told about the soup until we asked) so to me it’s unclear if it’s an unlimited drinks and soup. Corn soup was so good. I would definitely return, but I would suggest they add a true vegetarian main to the offerings, because we vegetarians are really hunting for options in Japan.

Reserved a table for a set course dinner with my family. The food was excellent and delicious! Fresh locally sourced ingredients. The whole family left with full tummies. They even picked us up from the hotel and sent us back after dinner. The restaurant was empty save 1 other family at the time we were there. Service was excellent, perhaps due to there not being many other guest at the time of our visit. For the quality of food, the meal was reasonably priced (especially for Niseko standards). Would definitely recommend PRATIVO for dinner.

Restaurant in the grounds of Takahashi Farm. Came for lunch. When you enter the restaurant enter the number in your on the machine and you'll receive a numbered ticket. You can either wait to be called or go and come back later. I waited about 10 minutes during peak lunch hour. The menu consists of 4 set meals, 2 pasta dishes, 1 fish and 1 meat dish. The meal set includes a salad and the drinks bar. The view from the restaurant is amazing. Most of the tables are in tiers so you can all see Mt. Yotei. The food is delicious and the service swift. Will go back.

I went there on a weekday in February. It was cloudy and snowing, but if it had been sunny, we might have been able to see Mt. Yotei. This restaurant uses ingredients from Hokkaido! My favorite local food. Japan has local ingredients in almost every region. I love that. I ordered the lunch course here. The drink bar had a yogurt drink made at a nearby farm. It was a delicious drink with a very rich and deep flavor. The salad had colorful vegetables under the lettuce, so it wasn't very visually appealing but it was good taste. The scallop and bottarga pasta was delicious. I went there right after opening, so it was pretty empty. For some reason, there were only Japanese customers:)
