Annupuri is beginner friendly. Can be crowded, but safer for new players. The view is amazing.

Great resort! More of an old school feel. Lots of good terrain for all levels. Reasonably priced.

The Annupuri Gondola Summit Station offers an unforgettable experience with some of the most stunning views in the region. Situated just a few meters from the peak of Mt. Niseko Annupuri, the summit station provides visitors with a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, including the majestic Mt. Yotei in the distance. This spot is a paradise for skiing enthusiasts, offering direct access to top-tier slopes that cater to various skill levels. The pristine snow and breathtaking scenery make it an ideal location for a day of skiing or snowboarding. Even for those who aren’t hitting the slopes, the view from the summit is worth the ride up the gondola alone.

It's actually a beautiful ski resort, but even the slightest breeze causes all lifts (except for the children's lift) to close. When they are open, you can ski in the backcountry until exactly 1:30 p.m., not a second later. This is extremely restrictive, as the weather usually improves in the afternoon and they close the gates when the weather is at its best. It's best to find a resort without these ridiculous restrictions. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
