This is my absolute go-to coffee spot whenever I'm in Niseko. During the day, it's takeout only, and you can conveniently order from a window right by the parking lot. The owner carefully selects and roasts the beans in-house, and every cup is brewed fresh after you order. Sure, there's a bit of a wait, but the anticipation is part of the fun. You can tell how popular the place is by the steady stream of customers. I went with an iced coffee this time, but just choosing from all the options is an experience in itself. Driving with a freshly brewed coffee in hand while enjoying the incredible view of Mt. Yotei? It honestly doesn't get any better than that. It’s the perfect moment.

This café offers takeaway only late in the afternoon, even in summer. Bean selection was limited, but the coffee tasted good. You can sit outside, and parking is available right in front. I recommend visiting before 3 PM as they might close early.
