Exceptional
#128578; The host is incredible. Super friendly, helpful and caring person. Will definitely make you smile. The place is an old cosy wooden house. Toilets and showers are shared and in good condition. You can be sure that you can have a good warm shower after a cold day of snowboarding.
#128577; In winter, the owners heat the place only in the morning and in the evening when people are actually in the house. Everyone leaves during the day, so if you're staying during the day, you'll have to use the gas heater in your room. The house is not very well insulated so it get's cold quickly when the heating is off.

Authentic and welcoming stay with...
#128578; Host (Yama-san) was amazing, gave everyone updates on the snow conditions each morning and even drove us to the annupuri chairlift. The breakfast was delicious and different each morning. It felt like a very authentic experience and was excellent value for money. It is a quiet spot but that is exactly what I was hoping for and was made very welcome at all times. Very close to a nice onsen and the shuttle bus which made the location great.

This place is great if you are looking for some peace and quiet close to An’nupuri in Niseko so that you can ski hard. Good meals provided (breakfast was free). Dinner menu available on most nights. Walking distance to the gondola. The owners are very sweet and helpful. Laundry and shower room on site. And reasonably priced. Thanks Yama san!!

Very good place to stay in Niseko with great atmosphere and friendly people. Just down the hill from Annupuri. Yama-san and Kana-san are great hosts and offers free rides by car to Moira and Annupuri every day. You can ski all the way back through the woods from both Moira and Annupuri, so you don’t have to walk to get back. Some good restaurants close by as well as some good onsens. Just a quick walk to the shuttle bus to get to Niseko Village and/or Hirafu if you want to do some shopping or try out some really good ramen restaurants. Good showers and easy to do laundry if you want to. Definitely staying here again if I’m in the area. /Gus-san
