I pick a lot of cherries 🍒 It's my first time so 😊 happy
View on GoogleNice place! In the middle of July you can eat very sweet sakuranbo. They have a lot of cherries with out any time limitations for 2,000 yen per adult.
View on GoogleAbout an hour drive from Sapporo, easy to find with plenty of signs. Cherries are sweet and juicy even in Aug, and it’s not crowded when we arrived around 10am. Cherries from different trees (or even different branches of the same tree) taste differently. Don’t forget to pick a big round one and taste it before picking the rest to make sure you will only get the best. That’s the essence of cherry picking, right? We will come again to pick another fruit 🍎 🍇 and try their ソフト 🍦 Happy さくらんぼ🍒狩り^_^
View on GoogleWe had a good time here picking all the cherries. We came end of July. 2000¥ for adult, 700¥ for kids. Free 100g for home. Need to pay for the extras. Nice and welcoming staffs. Though the cherries bit on the sour side.
View on GoogleIt was alright. I think I had high expectations of getting perfect cherries straight from the source. I also thought there would be more cherry products for sale, but not so much. The staff was friendly and helpful to explain the process. To get there I went from sapporo to otaru then otaru to niki. The segment from otaru to niki and back requires a paper ticket no IC. It was a bit confusing because you can just walk over to the next train without needing to exit and i think what you do is exit at otaru, buy your ticket, and enter back in. There is a schedule for their bus to pick up and drop off, but you should probably still have your hotel call them to let them know you are going because there is no one at niki station to call for you. Otherwise just follow the schedule.
