らーめん喜一郎Ramen Kiichiro
About 3 minutes by car from JR新冠 Station. At らーめん喜一郎, we serve tonkotsu-based ramen, which is unusual in 北海道. Although the soup is tonkotsu-based, it isn’t oily or overly salty, so it’s a flavor you won’t tire of. Along with miso, our most popular option, we offer various kinds of ramen, including shoyu, shio, and tsukemen. Please stop by when you’re in the area.

View on GoogleWednesday, 8/12, arrived at 9:30 A family of 9 was waiting in line. After entering, customers kept arriving. I ordered みそらーめん The following is from the website “From four-breed crossbred pork raised in 新冠, the sweetness of the fat and strong umami of the lean meat Rich pork-bone paitan soup When simmering, aromatic vegetables too Green onion, onion, ginger, garlic Probably bay leaf, 日高 kombu Simple, but delivering the umami of the meat and noodles directly” That’s what it says. Now, time to taste it. Rich, rich, Both the miso and soup are rich and deep “Super tasty.” There’s little fat, and the saltiness is mild. It isn’t the sweet style currently trending in 札幌. This is an original miso ramen with a highly polished finish. Right now, I feel I’m at a transition, a turning point in my miso ramen tasting journey. I’m thinking of letting go of the concept of the mainstream (trends), although trends can’t be ignored commercially, I think pursuing originality is everything. View on GoogleI had miso and shoyu ramen Arrived before half past 10; there were 4 cars, but I was seated right away. The miso seemed mild, and the shoyu made me wonder, is this really shoyu flavor? The soup was surprisingly light, with a delicious tonkotsu character The chashu was fairly thin and easy to eat Something about it felt similar to 信玄 I’ll be back
