Great Hands!

The soba was lukewarm, and I don't know if the noodles were soggy or what, but I thought it was no different from microwaved convenience-store food.

The chicken karaage was half raw. Shocked, I called and kept the actual chicken for them to collect when I returned my dishes, but there was no refund—just a casual apology over the phone, and that was it. I thought a similar incident could lead to food poisoning, so I contacted their head office. Their attitude suddenly changed, 2 people who seemed to be staff came to apologize, and I received a refund. The change in attitude was so obvious that I felt insulted.

I'm very grateful that they prepared and delivered it. But I ordered toro, and it smelled fishy, had sinew, and looked discolored, so I thought the quality was poor.

At Dynam in Nayoro… What do you make of this? Does this mean they're using it for personal purposes?
