I recommend the tokuatsu lamb. Very delicious jingisukan.

Before corona, the daughter and her child were often there, so it was lively. Of course, it's delicious, tender, and mellow in flavor. Once you eat it, you get hooked and keep gulping down beer. Lots of people make a special trip from Sapporo to buy it. The wife had a wonderful manner too.

Frozen products are also sold in supermarkets in Sapporo, but if you buy here, they're chilled rather than frozen. Compared side by side, the taste is considerably better. On dates containing ９, there's a Meat Day discount. There are many products I've only seen here, and Fridays apparently feature some particularly unusual products. Shio horumon seems to be the most popular, but that one was frozen. I've hated offal since birth, and after trying it, I still hate it. My personal favorite is mutton loin, but the lamb shoulder loin that occasionally appears is very tasty too. If you like jingisukan, I think you'll like the mutton loin. The lamb has a little more fat. Buying the full range of products costs over ten thousand yen, but find the flavors you like. They are seasoned products marinated in sauce. Since 大金畜産 is listed as a business partner in the company profile, they might be processing meat imported by 大金畜産. If so, it's fairly high-quality meat, so it ought to be delicious.

I shopped here ３ times while camping, and everything was delicious. If I ranked them, it would be ①mutton ②lamb ③pork jingisukan. I'd like to eat them again.
