Since it was ￥550, I ordered it thinking it might be a fairly light meal. That was so I could enjoy the dessert menu too while keeping the total weight of my meal down. But lo and behold, when it was ready and the owner brought it to the table, “Whoa, seriously!? All this for ¥550!” Omurice, consommé onion soup, raw vegetables and potato salad, and yogurt. A portion like this would cost about ¥800 at the very least, and I would have no complaints even paying ¥1000. My plans were completely thrown off (￣∇￣;) This was definitely over the weight limit, lol. When I dug in, despite the price, it was delicious as though that were simply a given. There was even cheese between the chicken rice and the egg. Usually, cheap food is what you would expect for the price, leaving you thinking, sure, this could be sold at that price, but this place spectacularly defies those expectations. And it even comes with coffee. I think people wanting a substantial meal would be satisfied, and if this is not enough, ordering another would merely bring the bill up to a normal amount. I was looking at the map for cafés around Naganuma and Nanporo, thought, “Hmm? Here?” and felt drawn to it, so I visited. It was a real winner. The owner is from an older generation than me, is very friendly, and even offers thoughtful words as you leave. Now, I had forgotten the dessert, which is actually my main course in my own mind. Japanese desserts are my favorites, so it was hard to choose, but I went with cold shiratama zenzai, whose combination seemed best for today's circumstances. It combines ３ white shiratama, ３ kusa shiratama, tsubuan, and vanilla ice cream. The flavors and quantities were beautifully balanced, and it was satisfyingly delicious. Still, I briefly thought that if I had known beforehand that the owner and his wife were from Fukushima Prefecture, I would have chosen zunda mochi. I'll save that pleasure for next time. Also, some people are excessively nervous about infection precautions and such, but the whole interior of this café is clean, and the partitions have no dirt whatsoever, so rest assured. So, thank you for the meal. I'll visit again.

We came in around 14:00 on Saturday, two family members together. The customers inside left as we arrived, so there were no other customers. It might be a good quiet time to visit. Everything on the menu is sure to be delicious! I ordered yaki curry, and it was exquisite. What left an even greater impression was the salad. Many of the vegetables are grown in their own field behind the shop, and that day the salad included snap peas. The more I chewed, the sweeter they tasted, and I found myself buying snap peas and other vegetables sold out front to take home! What's more, diners can buy takeaway vegetables for 100円, an amazingly low price. I cooked them for dinner right away and enjoyed them! A place I want to revisit soon!

Dropped in on a whim. Nikomi hamburg ８５０円 The taste... was okay, but it is cheap, has a varied menu, and customers keep coming nonstop.

Small, clean, and nice. If you eat here, coffee or oolong tea is complimentary‼️ With everything getting more expensive these days, this place is fantastic. The owner has quite a nice manner too.

The scenery is simply beautiful and the food delicious, so I was almost completely satisfied ☺️ A place I want to visit again and again, enjoying summer scenery in summer and winter scenery in winter 💓
