While out for a drive toward Naganuma, I felt like ramen for lunch and visited for the first time🍜🍜 You buy a meal ticket and hand it to the staff, a system that's become familiar lately! But a first for me was collecting the finished ramen myself—almost completely self-service‼️‼️‼️ (You also clear away your own dishes afterward) I thought it was novel, but sensible and good‪👍🏻 The ramen has a strong flavor and plenty of fat (?)—rich and satisfying! Along with the sesame flavor and toasty aroma, the chunks of meat, which I'm not sure you can call chashu since they're more like kakuni, were very tender and delicious😋😋 Personally, I was happy to find a good place and would like to visit again when I have something to do in this direction✨

My first time eating here in Nanporo. I had miso ramen, which was delicious, especially the fall-apart tender chashu; they seem to use a cut with cartilage Everything is self-service Buy a meal ticket from the machine, collect your food when it's ready, and return your dishes to the designated spot afterward. A style I hadn't encountered at a ramen shop before.

I went for lunch on a weekday. It's a café-like place in an old traditional house. Inside are counter seats and a raised floor-seating area. You order with a meal ticket and receive a number tag. Water is self-service, you collect your ramen when your number is called, and clear your own dishes. This time I had the recommended spicy miso ramen. It's not very spicy and is easy to enjoy. The tender, slightly sweet-seasoned meat, like kakuni, is delicious too. After eating, I thought it tasted like something I'd had in Nanporo. Looking online, I found that this place carries on the flavors of 夢幻, which used to be nearby. It was delicious.
