A shop with in-house roasted coffee, wood-fired pizza, hamburgers, pasta, and freshly baked pie. Because we roast only what's needed, little by little, with a carefully chosen roaster installed in the in-store roasting room, you can always enjoy fresh coffee. In addition to always having more than 10 kinds of hand-drip coffee, the cafe menu using an espresso machine offers a variety from the classic cafe latte to macchiato. Of course, so that those who aren't fond of coffee can also enjoy it, for drinks other than the coffee menu we also have popular items such as frappe-style drinks and various sodas. Enjoy fresh coffee at home too…

It's a small, cozy space with amazing staff and delicious food! I had the margarita pizza, double chocolate muffin and ice coffee. The pizza was fresh and flavorful and the dessert so so delicious. I will be back very soon!

I stopped here expecting a modern roadside café where I could get some work done, but the noticeably sloping floor made the space uncomfortable from the start. Even viewing the menu required adding the café as a friend on LINE, and the prices were initially shown before tax, with the tax-inclusive total appearing only at checkout. The drinks were surprisingly expensive for the area, and the small bulgogi pizza alone cost ¥1,500; unfortunately, it was the first pizza I have ever wanted to stop eating halfway through. The apparent owner sat among the customers working on his laptop, then repeatedly went straight into the kitchen in the same casual clothes, which made me seriously question the hygiene standards, while notification chimes from his phone kept interrupting the café’s BGM. From beginning to end, the entire experience was awful, and I honestly doubt a café run this way would last long in a more competitive urban market. I would not recommend it, especially to travelers.

I visited Yamafuku Coffee. This time I ordered the mixed pizza and the hamburger steak curry. Both were higher quality than I had imagined, a very satisfying meal. For the hamburger steak curry, the vegetables were deep-fried plain so they were fragrant, and the sweetness of the ingredients came through well. It wasn't too heavy and I enjoyed it to the end. The mixed pizza had a really delicious dough, crisp and fragrant outside and moderately chewy inside, and well balanced with the toppings. After the meal I added a coffee and had the light-roast Mocha Yirgacheffe, which smelled lovely with a refreshing acidity and was very tasty. A coffee refill was also offered as a service. In the calm, kissaten-like atmosphere, I think it's a lovely place where you can enjoy everything from the meal to the coffee. I'd like to come back and relax again. Revisited March 12, 2026. A favorite shop where you can slowly enjoy meals and coffee in a calm atmosphere. This time I used it for lunch and ordered the carbonara lunch set and a seafood pizza. The carbonara was creamy and rich, and the pasta was boiled just right and delicious. It was a satisfying plate for lunch. And what especially left an impression this time was the seafood pizza. The dough was very tasty, baked fragrantly, and well balanced with the toppings. The savoriness of the seafood came through well, and it was a more satisfying dish than I expected. The interior is calm and comfortable, and I think it's perfect for when you want to leisurely enjoy a meal and coffee. The food is delicious too, and I'd like to stop by again when I'm nearby. Revisited June 25, 2026 I ordered the Yamafuku Hamburg Curry. It looked appetizing from the moment it was brought out, and when I actually ate it, it was very delicious. The hamburger steak had a solid bite and you could taste the savoriness of the meat. It went well with the curry and I didn't get tired of it to the end. The curry isn't too spicy, and I think the seasoning is easy to eat for a wide range of ages. The portion was just right, a satisfying plate for lunch. And above all, a big attraction is that it's a valuable lunch spot in Nakatonbetsu. You can eat leisurely in a calm interior, and I felt it's perfect not only for locals but also for stopping by during a trip or drive. In rural areas, shops open for lunch are often limited, so I'm truly grateful for a place like this. Besides enjoying delicious food, it's comfortable, and I'd like to revisit when I'm nearby. It's a place I'd recommend if you're unsure where to have lunch in Nakatonbetsu.

It's almost all carbs, with only food-court-level items. I apologize if I'm wrong, but aren't they not serving anything actually "cooked"... Judging by the size of the kitchen, I thought that if they made noodles properly, they wouldn't be able to keep up with the dishwashing. I had the carbonara, which had almost no ingredients and a taste I've had before. I wondered if it was Ki×Pie sauce... Sorry if I'm wrong. The bacon also didn't feel like it was cooked in a frying pan. Also, for the first time in years my stomach was upset, and the amount of food wasn't enough. I thought maybe I should eat something sweet and looked at the menu, but the desserts were half-hearted too. The fries were cheap and plentiful so I recommend them. The coffee was personally weak in flavor. This also gave the impression that they aren't particular about it and are just selling something made in a factory. The expensive small pies sold at the register — are they also just bought and baked and sold? There's no work space inside the shop to begin with. I hear there are shops in urban areas that serve frozen or chilled products without cooking, but I went in lured by the good reviews even though I'd come all the way to Hokkaido, and was truly disappointed. I gave a harsh score to prevent opportunity loss. If my impression of the food they serve is wrong, I'll apologize and delete it. But I think what comes out is only at a level that makes me think so. It's Saizeriya level but gouges with high prices. It isn't made by professionals
