A place you can tell is run with dedication. The service is courteous too. The soba is delicious as well. I had the tendon set for 1200円. Every soba shop you go to in Nakashibetsu is delicious・
View on GoogleThe curry rice and soba set costs a little over 1000円. Water comes with a small pitcher. A nice place.
View on GoogleWhen I asked locals which soba shop they liked in Nakashibetsu, many said Yoshidaya, so I got curious and came. Everyone said they usually eat kashiwa soba, so ① I ordered kashiwa soba. I entered at 11:30, but more than half the seats were already occupied. Turnover was quick, with customers coming in one after another. Families, couples, people having lunch during work, and all sorts of customers came in, but basically almost everyone seemed to be local. The parking lot is spacious too; I think it could fit 50 cars. My bowl arrived in about 10 minutes. They seemed experienced with the operations too. I heard they're relatives of the people at the famous Fukuzumi Soba and carry on Azumaya's flavors,,, Kashiwa soba is hot soba. The soup is thoroughly infused with chicken stock, and contains nameko, mature chicken meat, and green onions. The noodles are Sarashina. I think they probably only have the one type, Sarashina. It was very delicious. I'm definitely coming back. I'd like to try cold soba next time, so I plan to order zaru soba.
View on GoogleLunch in Nakashibetsu, Hokkaido Ordered niku soba curry nanban With the temperature dropping, it warmed me up The spices in the curry soba also did their thing Enough to make my forehead sweat The soba broth and curry went well together I polished it off It tasted like it would have been good with rice too.
View on GoogleThis is a long-established soba shop in Nakashibetsu. The parking lot is spacious, so camper vans are fine too. It's bustling with locals and people there for work. It's not really aimed at tourists, but I'd love visitors to try it. I recommend the tenmusu set! It comes with tenmusu and cold soba, but also includes kashiwa nuki, which is common in eastern Hokkaido, so you can enjoy hot soba too. Rising prices have pushed it over a thousand yen, but I think it's better value than a certain famous shop.
