It is shichirin charcoal grill (七輪炭火燒肉). They serve A5 grade wagyu beef which is tender and melts in our mouth. We have private room and the service is good. Highly recommended!

As you'd expect from eastern Hokkaido, the meat is extremely delicious. I ordered individual items as usual, so it was a bit pricey, but I was satisfied!

I tried the all-you-can-eat option. After the initial meat is served, you order using your own smartphone. The meat comes in small portions, so you can enjoy a variety, and it was delicious. I went after seeing oysters on the menu posted on Instagram in October, but they weren't serving them. That was quite disappointing.

One of the few yakiniku restaurants in Nakashibetsu. It's in the nightlife district, and you take off your shoes to enter. There are many private rooms, with an atmosphere that preserves privacy. It was very busy, and they offered me a counter seat. You order by scanning a QR code, then adding LINE or going directly to the menu screen, but I couldn't figure out how to go back, and it kept disappearing and resetting the items in my cart, so I just ordered meat for the time being. It took quite a while, but a staff member asked, "Shall I bring you some water?" Very thoughtful😊 You could choose salt, miso, or no seasoning for the meat. The salt wasn't overpowering and the miso was light too, so you could customize it with the salt, sauce, and garlic at your seat. I don't think the meat was bad either, but with no competing restaurants, I suppose this is what the quality and prices are like. It isn't cheap. They use charcoal, the restroom is clean, and overall I felt it could be satisfying. There was also an innovative system letting you pay at your seat. I think it's a place for a proper meal rather than a drink with some horumon. Next time I'd like to make it my first stop😭 There was a dessert I wanted, but the charcoal was hot and the counter seat wasn't comfortable, so I really wanted to leave quickly and forgot to order it😭 This isn't the entire menu.
