A very long-established café, founded in 1979. I was born in the 80s, so it's been open since I was born. Looking for a place to have coffee with my senior. I hadn't been here in over 10 years. Ordered a ham and egg hot sandwich for 750円 and an iced coffee for 600円. The coffee arrived about 7 minutes after ordering. A good balance of bitterness and acidity. It was tasty with milk added partway through too. The hot sandwich arrived in about 12 minutes. The ham, egg, and cheese were well balanced, and they served the bread crusts too. It made for a nice coffee break. The food menu looks worth exploring too.
View on GoogleAfter visiting Peaberry at Nakashibetsu Airport several times, I went to this main branch. Overall, I feel the food is rather heavily seasoned. Besides what's in the photos, I forgot the menu name, but I also had something like a beef stamina set meal? The sauce was strongly seasoned, and the soup was salty too… My favorite “Ebi tappuri pilaf” didn't come with soup, which was a letdown… (It comes with soup at the Nakashibetsu Airport branch.) Sometimes there are customers smoking at the counter or staff members' children playing games, so it can feel a bit uncomfortable. If you're going to Peaberry, I think the airport branch is better💁
View on GoogleI visited in the evening because I wanted a parfait. The interior was bright, and a friendly couple were running the place. I ordered a strawberry parfait. About 10 minutes later, a beautifully decorated parfait packed with strawberries arrived. The strawberries were sweet, and the ice cream and whipped cream were delicious too. It has a relaxing retro atmosphere, and I'd like to visit again.
View on GoogleThis is a café in Nakashibetsu. There's a place with the same name at the airport, but this is the main branch. The food, desserts, and drinks are all delicious(^^)♪ A sign on the wall beside the table recommended hotate curry! There are retro little ornaments throughout the interior, even in the restroom, so it's very cute. I was able to pay with PayPay this time. It's really nice to be able to use something other than cash even at a place like this. It's a comfortable café, so I'd like to visit again.
View on GoogleI visited because the atmosphere caught my attention. The umi no sachi spaghetti was delicious. Maybe because it's up north, the flavor was fairly strong. It had lots of chunky garlic pieces, so take note if that bothers you.
