Excellent soup!!!! The waitresses are really sweet. I would go back :))))))
View on GoogleVisited before 12 on a holiday. Perhaps there was an event nearby, because the parking lot was busy too. Lots of families. Even so, I got in without waiting. After 12, people were waiting outside. I ordered the shop's namesake あら陣ラーメン in miso flavor (830円), with a richer finish (120円), and mini aromatic fried rice (300円). You can choose noodle thickness, and I chose thick noodles. Only afterward did I learn that noodle firmness could be adjusted, and wished I'd asked for firm. Among the tabletop condiments was something called an umami spice, 別海兄貴. It took 5 minutes to arrive. Speaking as a ramen lover who prefers Iekei and eats it every week, if you're charging extra for a super-rich finish, I'd like it to be even richer. Despite ordering thick noodles, they weren't thick; I felt the noodles at another miso ramen shop were thicker. The chashu was large, and besides menma and scallions, there was ginger. The soup was quite delicious. The fried rice was seasoned very lightly. I prefer stronger seasoning, but thought this was fine too. At this point I added 別海兄貴 and ate it. Thanks for the meal.
View on Google【中標津】Hooked in a single bite! The sublime “煽り特濃ラーメン” at “らーめん あら陣” Seeking delicious ramen in the 中標津 area, I visited the long-acclaimed “らーめん あら陣.” From the many enticing options, this time I had “煽り特濃ラーメン,” which distills the restaurant's dedication into one bowl. It far exceeded my expectations—an astonishing deliciousness that lovers of rich flavors won't be able to resist! ◆ Super-rich, piping-hot “aori broth” that stimulates all five senses The instant it arrived, a waft of fragrant roasted aroma powerfully stirred my appetite. True to the name “煽り(あおり),” the broth is finished as though seared rapidly in a wok, creating an ultra-rich soup with intensely concentrated umami. It isn't merely strong: the ingredients' sweetness and richness provide a solid foundation, producing a deep flavor that keeps you coming back. The perfectly judged oil covering the surface locks in the heat, and being able to enjoy it piping hot right to the end, puffing to cool each mouthful, was another wonderful feature. ◆ Perfect accents! Carefully considered toppings The large slice of chashu sitting in the center is moist and tender, with the meat's umami fully alive. The “fried garlic” generously scattered over it pairs beautifully with this extra-rich broth! It adds punchy depth and roasted aroma, making every successive bite even more delicious. Crisp scallions, mizuna adding color and freshness, fine chili threads, and pleasantly textured menma each maintain a perfect balance within the rich soup. ◆ Exceptional noodles that hold the broth beautifully The medium-thick curly noodles stand up to the powerful broth, with a chewy texture and strong bite, lifting up generous amounts of soup. With every slurp, wheat flavor, extra-rich broth, and fragrant garlic merge and flood your mouth, making it impossible to put down your chopsticks. The restaurant's atmosphere was lively, and the courteous, brisk service was very pleasant. This was an exceptionally accomplished ramen that conveyed the soul poured into every bowl. If you're in 中標津 thinking, “I want truly delicious ramen with a powerful, rich punch!”, I think “あら陣” is unquestionably the only choice. I'd like to try other menu items next time, but I can't forget the forbidden deliciousness of this “煽り特濃ラーメン,” so I'll probably order the same thing again (haha). A bowl that thoroughly satisfied both my stomach and my heart. Thanks for the meal! I'll definitely be back!

View on GoogleOur first visit, two of us, around 12:30. The restaurant is spacious, but there were only about 3 groups already there. A hot day of 24,5 degrees. The air conditioning wasn't working very well. Since we were there, I ordered the 煽り特濃ラーメン miso, 980円, marked as the most popular, with firm noodles. My companion ordered the 野付湾 北海シマエビラーメン in miso flavor, 930円, also with firm noodles. The bowls arrived after about 5 minutes. The chashu was meaty and delicious, but perhaps didn't quite suit the soup. A bit of a shame. The noodles had plenty of kansui and were cooked appropriately. Ordering firm made them slightly firm, which was just right. There are quite a lot of garlic chips. Be warned! And the soup is garlicky too. But it works nicely with the miso and has depth. I couldn't really taste the scallops directly, but perhaps this richness comes from the scallops and miso. Delicious. I tried my companion's soup too. That one had a very strong shrimp flavor. Both were delicious bowls.
