I've already spent over 20 days in Nakashibetsu on business trips this year, and I went to the ramen shop I'd been curious about every time. From the outside, it looks like a Western-style restaurant, and I think it probably used to be one or a yakiniku restaurant. Since it was hot, I chose hiyashi tsukemen. It was extremely ordinary.

Milky ramen was unusual, so I tried it. It's miso ramen mellowed with milk, but maybe a little too mellow? Still, it was pretty tasty. The interior is so spacious that it seems like it'd be cold in winter….

On a business trip in Nakashibetsu, the place I originally wanted to visit had run out of soup, so I came here instead. With so many disappointing places in regional areas, I found a delicious shōyu ramen. Apart from the noodles being a little soft, I'd rate the saltiness, richness, and umami highly.

The interior is spacious, with tables and a seating area. If you're alone, you'll be shown to the counter. The butter chāshū ramen is delicious.
