Shop owner was very hospitable, we enjoyed our meal there. The ramen and rice bowls are delicious! Would recommend their shoyu ramen and tamago don. Prices are very reasonable too, along with huge portion of the food. Hopefully more travellers can pop by and enjoy a meal here!
View on GoogleThe best bowl of ramen I've had in Japan! The noodles are cooked perfectly and the broth is balanced. The accompaniments are beautifully paired with the ramen. Do try the gyoza which are delicious and tender. Ordered a corn pottage ramen and a miso shio ramen. The flavour elevates when you add in garlic paste. This place run by a friendly old man who serves and cooks the orders. Highly recommended
View on GoogleAuthentic, Handmade and Delicious. Stumbled here when near restaurants were closed, and will only go here next time. Food is expertly cooked by the owner/chef, taste and price is beyong excellent compared to others. 10/10 if your near here like in Tomita Farm, go here its worth it.
View on GoogleHoshinoki's ramen is truly THE BEST! Hoshinoki has some really amazing items such as the "burnt" shoyu ramen, or their black sesame ramen. The soup bases are rich, comforting and the flavours really come out strong and unique. Its something that can only be developed by a skillful chef with time and effort to produce such levels of soup bases. My only sadness is that this place is not well known to many people, and not located in big cities like Tokyo where more people can get a taste of his god-level culinary craftsmanship. Hoshinoki is run by a single grandpa and each bowl is made from scratch so do expect a bit of a wait for each serving but trust me, its really worth the wait. Special mention to grandpa's fried rice, I love it! Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleIs a small quaint restaurant run by an elderly man. He was very friendly and have english menus. The price was so reasonable and the portion of the ramen were huge! The food was so delicious too. The gyoza and dumplings were delicious and handmade. All the food is made fresh when you order. Have parking in front of the store as well. Highly recommend!
