【260327】 The 2-year project is complete. Conversation flourished, making for a fun day. For dinner on the last night of my Muroran business trip, off to “焼きとり伊勢広” on our client's recommendation❗️ First, a toast with draft beer. We ordered Muroran yakitori, shredded dried squid tempura, fries, morokyu, zangi, oden, chicken thigh with mountain wasabi, and skate fin. Among the best Muroran yakitori I've eaten over these past 2 years. The zangi was reliably delicious. The oden had a light flavor, and alongside the daikon, the bamboo shoots were delicious. Thoroughly satisfied—thank you for the meal‼️
View on GoogleI discovered Muroran's やきとり伊勢広 during its 蘭うみ collaboration and went in. The assorted pork skewers were ridiculously delicious. The secret sauce had soaked in like crazy, and they were tender, juicy, and fantastic… So addictive I could probably eat rice with just the sauce. Especially the meat-stuffed peppers! The thick sweet-and-spicy sauce coated them beautifully, and the peppers' bitterness matched the meat's savoriness perfectly. The fries were crispy outside and fluffy inside, really keeping the drinks flowing. Great atmosphere too—made me want to go on another Muroran yakitori tour!
View on GoogleIt's run by a young couple, apparently the 3rd-generation owners without a blood relationship to their predecessors. The chef's-choice grilled set had 10 skewers, offering plenty of variety. The ume natto was refreshing and delicious. The ginger tempura was delicious too. The owner has a lovely personality, and the place is busy.
View on GoogleYou can enjoy your meal while relaxing comfortably at the sunken kotatsu seating. Beautiful photos of Hakucho Bridge hang inside, enhancing the Muroran atmosphere.
View on GoogleI'd only ever heard good things, so I visited for the first time, but… Drinks and food took ages to arrive, the place was cold, and the flavors weren't particularly good either. The menu was smaller than other izakayas', and I probably won't visit a second time. Having gone with high expectations, I was very disappointed.
