I used it for a banquet. Besides yakitori, there was a variety such as fish dishes, and everything was delicious. Drinks were served quickly and the staff were warm and wonderful. For some reason the fusuma sliding doors to the neighboring private room had been removed, so I was a bit conscious of the room next door. Since we were there, it would have been nice if it were a private room where the neighbors didn't bother us!

2026/7/17 I heard you could get a yakitori set for lunch, so I came here. I don't think there are many places where you can eat Muroran yakitori during the day. As far as I know, only Kobune, Hamakatsu, Tokyo Oyako, and Ippei Gakutei. It was hot outside but cool inside, and I waited while drinking cold barley tea. The butasei and tsukune in front of me glistened, coated in sauce. Munching on Ippei's yakitori from the middle of the day made for a somehow happy lunch

Muroran yakitori Near the east exit of Higashi-Muroran Station There is parking, but there's no lighting so it's scary at night. Staff were smoking in the passageway so I didn't want to walk through. The inside of the shop felt lonely and lacked energy, but the food came quickly. The meat was small, not charcoal-grilled, and the meat was tough. Unfortunately, it's not a place you want to bring someone to.

I visited because I heard they started serving lunch. I'm happy to be able to eat Muroran yakitori from midday for 1,200 yen 😃 If daytime drinking were allowed, polishing it off with a 🍺 would be an option too 😆
