For parking, please use the Omachi Shopping Street public free parking lot close by. There's a restroom inside. Visited for lunch. Daily plate, 1000 yen. It was kakiage, herring, seaweed dressed in dashi, egg, and Caspian Sea yogurt. The rice was glossy and very delicious. The food overall is carefully made. As for other customers, when I was there, there was a very elegant lady. At night it's probably lively with regulars, but there are toys for small kids, and though there's only table seating, I think it's fine for families too. The iron-plate Napolitan had thick noodles and was plenty filling. It makes me want to try all kinds of dishes.

Are they really open until night?" I wondered, and at 9 p.m., they really were. In the quiet of night the sign was shining brightly, and a table with a quietness and gentleness that blended into it welcomed me. The menu is text only. I think what mattered here was imagining from there. I ordered coffee and the tomato rice doria. The wait felt like just the bit of time needed to make it. Just about right for waiting while drinking coffee. Then the doria set in front of me had the toasty aroma of breadcrumbs, the light richness of cheese, the umami from onion, bacon, and shiitake, and the freshness of whole tomatoes. It had everything I'd imagined from the menu, and precisely because it's simple, it's natural and the most delicious. It may seem obvious, but having it truly sink into my heart was a very special experience. It was just the right place for gently enjoying a good time.

We went as a family when we came home for Obon. The adults ordered the lunch plate, the kids the doria. Maybe because the owner was handling both service and cooking alone, we waited about 20 minutes for the food. It was a long wait for elementary schoolers, but they managed by reading the manga in the shop. The food looked nice and had gentle seasoning; it was delicious. I'd have liked to try the iron-plate Napolitan mentioned in the reviews too.

The Napolitan was tempting too, but I chose the butter rice doria? It was piping hot and the seasoning was neither too strong nor too bland; it was good.

You can eat spaghetti that stays piping hot on a Nagoya-style iron plate. The Doro-politan was yakisoba-style spaghetti. The Napolitan is tasty too.
