Yum. Fantastic ramen. I had the "corn butter" choice. It's chashu (pork) with corn, seaweed, a small square of butter, in "salt" broth (a sort of clearish broth). I added a hard boiled egg. My lucky nihonjin in-laws live only crawling distance from here. The sashu pork meat slices were thick and generous. I plan to crawl over here more often,. ..ohhhhhh, my poor knees. BTW I wrote this in butchered English. It is mistakenly a very talented and humorous review but, it surely won't translate well. Go Dodgers.

View on GoogleRamen is a matter of personal taste, so these are my impressions with the understanding that "everyone is different and everything is good." The menu is simply huge, with several varieties each of miso, soy sauce, and salt, so much so that I was seriously torn over which to pick. After much deliberation, this time I chose the "Awase Miso Ramen." The noodles are custom-made medium-thick curly noodles from Nishiyama Seimen. They have a firm, springy texture and cling to the soup perfectly. The soup is pork-bone based, and is said to blend dozens of natural ingredients such as kombu, donko (dried shiitake), and several kinds of aromatic vegetables. It has a deep flavor, and I enjoyed it to the very end.
View on GoogleThe time from ordering to the bowl arriving is fast! And it's delicious, but if you like your noodles firm, it might be best to mention it when you order ☺️
