Quiet little shop tucked in one quiet corner. The noodles are made from scratched by the owner. The three soup bases for the ramen was very really unique and good. For those who like the lighter flavour, choose the salt based soup, followed by the soy sauces based. For those who love bold flavours, take the miso based soup. All the 3 flavours were so unique and good. Truly a hidden gem.

Very small establishment but the owner prepares very nice ramen. We tried all the soup base (miso, soy sauce, salt) and found that each is unique and tasty in their own way. Definitely a hidden gem in my opinion. Expect a little waiting time as owner prepares every order himself. (photo is miso base vegetable (not vegetarian BTW) ramen)

Visited after work. It was past 2 p.m. on a weekday, but the place was full. It's popular. On a first visit I usually have the soy sauce, but I ordered the salt ramen listed at the top of the menu. I could taste a solid umami, different from the MSG-free light-and-clear style. I wanted to have another bowl right away, but I was planning to hit other shops too, so I held back. Next time I want to have the soy sauce ramen.

Had the soy sauce ramen 800 yen and fried rice 800 yen. With the first slurp, the Japanese dashi spreads through your mouth. The chashu is tender, and the menma is crunchy. There's fu in it too. Water is self-serve. Parking... maybe 1 car in front of the shop? Otherwise, please park on the street. It's on a slope, so don't forget your parking brake.
