Delicious, family friendly ramen restaurant
View on GoogleI went for ramen to finish off the evening. I ordered paitan ramen (shio); it was so delicious I almost drank all the broth too. My companion had miso curry and praised it as well. It's crowded during the day, but at night we were seated right away.
View on GoogleLunch around 12:30; even with 5 parties waiting, the turnover worked out so we were seated in about 10 minutes. It seems to move quickly! Every seat has a tablet—great use of ICT◎ Cashless payment is available too! I ordered the winter-only mapo tofu ramen. It's the kind with mapo on top of the ramen broth! Personally, I like it! I felt it could use a little more saltiness, but it had a subtle touch of huajiao too◎ It was incredibly delicious!
View on GoogleI had the curry ramen, but it wasn't spicy at all. It has quite a strong spice aroma, but no heat, so it's mild and easy to eat. It comes with spicy seasoning, so you can customize the heat to your liking. I was surprised it contained fukujinzuke😁 The chashu is tender and falls apart, but its flavor is strong and salty, drowning out the curry's aroma and taste💦 It was a slightly disappointing ramen💧
View on GoogleA rich, thick broth The broth clings well to the noodles Doesn't cool down easily (suited to Hokkaido) The spices come through without being overpowering It's just the right richness: not too heavy, but thoroughly satisfying.
