An old couple? It seems to be a shop that two people are doing! The work was careful, and the kindness of the mother exuded. Charmen, I had it for the first time! It was delicious. #23/12/2025

I came to eat Charmen for the first time. I ate while looking at the guide on how to eat it. The vinegar and pepper were insanely good. It's quite oily so vinegar goes perfectly. I poured it on little by little, but in the end I put in quite a lot of vinegar. The vinegar and pepper are also nice because you can enjoy them while savoring the flavor of the Charmen itself. The sauce changes drastically as expected, so first-timers should be careful.

Charmen is the moist type It's like a Shanghai yakisoba with firm noodles Very delicious, and you can feel its distinctiveness The location is across from Dormy Inn Muroran The inside feels like an old town Chinese restaurant but a friendly elderly couple welcomes you It's a town Chinese restaurant with a good atmosphere so I was drawn to the fried rice and ramen too, but I went for the famous Charmen This is delicious! Just, there are parts inside the clumps of small-cut pork that aren't cooked through, so be a little careful (^_^;) Trouble aside, it's worth eating

A shop with insanely delicious Charmen! You there wondering what Charmen is? Probably, since "chahan: 炒飯" is stir-fried rice (han = rice), Charmen seems to be "stir-fried noodles". It's completely different from yakisoba, more like a ramen without soup. A light salty flavor, a simple taste that is indescribably addictive. And I recommend changing the flavor by adding soy sauce, sauce, and so on! My recommended way to eat it ① Enjoy it as is ② Pour soy sauce on part of it ③ Pour sauce on part of it ④ Pour soy sauce and vinegar over all of it ⑤ Finally, pour chili oil over all of it That's the finish!!! The charm of Charmen is that you can enjoy many different flavors. They open at 11, and by around 12 it's full of customers. I've been going for over 10 years, and it's a truly delicious taste you never tire of. The homey owner and his wife are also nice. If you're curious and going for the first time, muster your courage and go in. You'll surely be satisfied!

I happened to walk in without looking anything up, and had the most popular Charmen. It was very delicious. The pickles in the small bowl were delicious too. It was crowded at lunchtime, but everyone's order was Charmen. It's a shop I'd like to stop by again when I come to Higashi-Muroran. I came to eat after a long time. Today I had the shio ramen I'd been curious about for a while. It was very delicious. December 6, since I came to Higashi-Muroran for the first time in a while, I had the Charmen set that I wanted to eat. As expected, it's delicious.
