The owner runs the place alone, so it feels like the service and food can't keep up. Ordered the black salt ramen, and the salt ramen + half fried rice. The black salt ramen had a unique spiciness—maybe not exactly a salt flavor—but the taste was decent. The fried rice is the moist type, so I can't really recommend it to people who like loose, fluffy fried rice, but it tasted good.

Stopped by for lunch. The ramen is old-style with a light soy sauce flavor, and on weekday lunches you can get a great-value set menu for under 1000 yen.

Had the soy sauce ramen🍜. Two slices of pork belly chashu, stir-fried bean sprouts, onion, and napa cabbage, and thinly cut shinachiku… They do really careful work. It was super delicious~😆 And actually, I ended up eating without paying~😅 I'd forgotten my wallet👛 at my lodging and ate anyway…!! But the owner casually said "It's okay~" and I was relieved✨ The rating is 3.2, but I think this shop deserves a higher rating! It was delicious… Thank you for the meal✨

Ordered the lunch salt ramen for 600 yen. It tasted like the noodles and soup they sell at the supermarket😅 Cash only.

Had the old-fashioned ramen🍜. It had a light salt flavor and was delicious. The jumbo ramen🍜 caught my eye. Also, I wanted to eat the Muroran yakitori -{}@{}- from the night service (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎) hmph
